Ryan Fritz
Ryan is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Attorney, President and shareholder of Delaney & Fritz, PC, a Title Insurance Agent for Conestoga Title Insurance Co., and a Trusted Provider for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. He was born and raised in Indiana County, PA, where he resides with his wife and children. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, having taught classes on Property Law, Energy Management and Oil and Gas Leasing. He has served as the Secretary of the Indiana County Bar Association for 20 consecutive years. He is also a founding member of the I.U.P. Energy Management Advisory Council. Ryan holds a B.A. from I.U.P. ('96) and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law ('99). He is also the President of Attorneys Land, Abstract and Settlement, LLC (ALAS, LLC).
William Smith
William holds a B.A. from Indiana Univeristy of Pennsylvania ('07). Bill serves as the Title Manager for Delaney & Fritz, P.C., where he manages complex oil and gas title work. Bill is also the Lead Title Analyst for Attorneys Land, Abstract and Settlement, LLC (ALAS, LLC), where he manages all residential and commercial abstracting.
Janice Fritz
Janice is a licensed Pennsylvania Attorney and a Title Insurance Agent for Attorney's Land, Abstract and Settlement, LLC (ALAS, LLC), writing for Conestoga Title Insurance Co. She is also Trusted Provider for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh ('95) and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law ('99). Janice is also a Notary Public and a Certified Human Resources Professional.
